The fine print, in plain language
Effective October 4, 2026 · Human Design Labyrinth (human-design-labyrinth.com) and the Blueprint in Bloom app.
The short version: we ask for as little as possible. Your birth details go straight to the chart service to calculate your chart and are never stored on our servers. We don't sell your information, we don't run ads, and there's no account or login to leak.
Each of these providers handles only the piece it needs, under its own privacy policy.
There are no accounts or sign-in, and you can use the Labyrinth without entering birth details. In the app, use the two-step “Clear all my data” control to remove birth details you chose to remember, center markings, and I AM card progress saved in this browser. This clears data on this device; it does not delete records held by service providers.
If you enter birth details, your birth date, time, city, and selected timezone or coordinates are sent through our server APIs to calculate your chart and daily transits. We do not persist those birth-data request payloads on our server. Our server sends Cache-Control: no-store on every request to RoxyAPI, including chart and daily-transit calculations; RoxyAPI says this bypasses its response cache. RoxyAPI retains limited request metadata, including endpoint, response status, response time, IP address, and user agent, for 120 days.
When you request “Read me today’s sky,” our server sends ElevenLabs the calculated narration script—gate, line, garden, and channel information—not your birth details. ElevenLabs TTS request history is enabled for this account. Its self-service terms reserve the right, but do not require it, to delete content after 180 days of inactivity. ElevenLabs may also retain content where required by law or in backup systems under its standard retention policies. We do not keep a per-user generation ID and can clear ElevenLabs history only by date, so we cannot isolate one person’s narration from other generations on that date.
Vercel Analytics is currently active on the Play app page. It records page views and the “read_chart” and “share_card” events, along with URL, referrer, device/browser, and approximate city/country information; those event calls do not include birth details. Vercel says its visitor hash expires after 24 hours. We cannot reliably associate these analytics records with a specific person for deletion.
All traffic is encrypted in transit using HTTPS/TLS. To request deletion of data we can locate, email aetherealtruth@gmail.com. We will clear the data we can identify and control; provider-held data that cannot be linked to a specific person may not be individually retrievable.
Human Design Labyrinth is designed for adults. We don't knowingly collect information from children under 13.
If this policy changes in a meaningful way, we'll update the effective date above. The version on this page is the one that counts.
